    Ken Lim like do not believe in things that has no scientific base behind it. such as believing that there is a great DIVINE being that is controlling over everything in this world. I don't believe that such a being exist in this world.

    ah, both of you do have a point. But, about having something to hold on when everything fails you. Isn't that somewhat of a make-believe~?
    
    Az* ( if there is no greater power then y is it till today nobody ever make another living being other than by the normal birthway? when we know exactly wat molecules is inside us) actually, it was done a few years ago and tis' called cloning. But most of the researchers that were in this field(Cloning) was forced to research inefficiently due to restrictions which is due to human ethics.

    Az Han well.. all those so called clone were derived from once a living subject and mutated to a so called clone, wat mean is if u were to take each organ of a living thing then put it some other thing would call that making a living thing or just transfering one to another?

    Kenneth Hooi Wing Ken ah, even transferring one's cell to another host, it's still generating a new life rather than just cloning a person right~?
    Even though people may have similar genes, they would be completely different person if they were to live in different conditions right~?
    What i'm trying to say is that even though they may look alike, it doesn't mean that they'll act the same way as the other.

True to that, but For humans in myopinion it's quite different. Because When one uses the gene from another person, it doesn't mean that one's using a *New hard disc for an old Laptop*. If you were to say this, wouldn't it mean that we are also old laptop using new hard discs because our genes are passed on from our ancestors. Even i don't think that human can be assembled like that. The only difference between Cloning and Normal birth is that One only use one of the parent's gene while the other uses Both the parent's gene

    Az Han if we were to use laptop as example i would say we are a newer laptop from the same brand, but that doesnt mean we are better than our parents, wat im trying to say in this is that u cant make a human being, u can process a sperm and ovum to make it a human but thats just it.. i dont think human have the ability to make anything with soul no matter how advance we are

    ‎(a lot of things is not scientifically provable, and a lot of things today is not scientifically provable yesterday)
    but alot of things were proven scientifically since years ago. Even though we may not have the explanations now, it does not mean that there won't be any explanations for alot of stuffs in the future.
    For example. Since last time, alot of people said that Technological innovations were the work of the devils. But they only said that because they never tried to understand the new innovations.

    Voon Soon Yoong all i need to say is this.. in the olden days, human were not capable of producing lightning, and that is why we had lightning gods.. not any more isn't it? because we've discovered how it is produced and we can produce it ourselves. and that is definitely not the work of the lightning god.

      Compromise and conflict between adaptations

      If we were to tell everyone in our Country just to Adapt and Compromise, isn't this the same as the example above?

      Let Bygones be Bygones eh?
      As you said" the problem still remains" So why shouldn't we try to Fix the problem rather than Shoving the problem away like there's nothing wrong with our country?
      In my opinion, It would be better to Have done something to change the status quo if the status quo is ridiculous rather than have done nothing at all and just "adapt" by suffering.

      See. As you've said, We should " try to do is to adapt to the situation and use it as best to survive where instinct lies" But what if the people Demand* a change? Should we just ignore them knowing that when a demand has come, There has to be a supply?
      And When people actually demands for justice, Why isn't it served?
      So Let me ask you this. Why should we just adapt to the situation rather than have a change? Even though a change may have an outcome that was worst off, There may also be a chance for it to be a Better change. Am i not correct?

And when people demands to know the truth, something would just shut us up. and when this happens the demand for the truth will be lowered. In a nutshell, There is definitely inequality in this country. And by changing the government, we are definitely changing the way our country's being ruled.

A little update on my current status.
As you all know that i'm currently in University doing my Foundation studies in Social Science.

It is becoming more and more of a problem day by day as i am unable to communicate with my course-mates. Why is it a problem~? I'm not quite certain as of yet but this is actually partially due to myself not being able to speak in Mandarin. But well... let's just say that As humans grow intelligent overtime, one also gets old at the same time. And as we grow more weary, we tend to forget simple things like how to communicate and getting to know more people. I bet you know what i mean by now. What i'm trying to say is that I'm actually an Introverted Reclusive that normally only gets out of my room when it's necessary...
Even though i know what my problems are, It's hard for me to change who i am in just one day....
Let's see....
<~ Feels Uncomfortable inside the Lecture Halls,Tutorial Classes.... and also wherever i am at in UTAR....
<~ Doesn't feel at ease talking with other people
<~ Constantly thinks that other people are there to get me ( a sign of paranoia)...
<~'s getting sleepier each consecutive day (Probably due to stress?)
<~ hasn't been eating well for the past few weeks...

Why do i get the feeling that i'm developing some sort of psychological illness....
It's like i'm going to break down any given minute of any day....

Long story short, I'm "lagging".

A quick review of what i've done this week

Let's see.
Firstly, I went to a Wedding Dinner on the 11th of June 2011 (My Auntie's son's wedding.)
I got an applause from the whole class on Friday for answering questions during Lecture 8D (Which i'm really happy about)
I managed to survive the First week of Tutorials~*
I Slept in late on Thursday (So i was late for Sociology's Tutorial) thus i arrived about 25 minutes late... [Which i'm not proud of]
Was able to see my Dear Cousin wearing a sweet dress during the wedding ^_^
Bought Principles of Economics and Statistical techniques in Business and economics.

I guess that's all 8D

Anyways, Long story short. T'was a GREAT WEEK~! I feel so refreshed.
Now.... Time to study.. =.=ll

You know...?

Sometimes, having no internet connection where you stay sucks.
It's even worse if you have that service but it somehow just fails for no reason whatsoever....
Anyways, Internet's Down and up and down and up again on my floor.. Not sure why though(Maybe it's the IP's fault...)

I'm an Japanese-Subculture Anorak that likes Anime,Manga, J-pop, Visual Novels, Japanese Language&Literature and a lot of their stuffs

One of my favorite anime is called "銀魂" Gintama, Or Literally (Silver Soul)
If you're an Asian or you actually know quite a bit regarding Japanese Subculture. Then you'll find this show simply Hilarious. This is more of a comedy but there are some really serious parts where the protagonist shows that he's actually quite a capable Swordsman rather than just an incompetent old man whom only eats anything sugary and reads manga all day long...
